J and I went to the grocery store yesterday for a big grocery shopping as we were out of nearly everything. I was pretty sure that we were out of onions…however, we still had a whole bag. I looked up other uses for carmelized onions but I couldn’t find anything more appealing than French onion soup. Is there anything more appealing than French Onion Soup?
I have posted my mom’s recipe here before but here it is again.
I also made Blueberry Lemon Scones. I used the same recipe as the Blackberry Lemon Scones I posted a few weeks ago. J really likes blueberries, and he asked me to try them in this scone recipe. They came out really good, and the lemon glaze adds just enough sweetness.
